In a multifaceted career of close to four decades in six organizations and in nearly a dozen profiles, I have progressed through leadership roles and devised roadmaps to achieve visions and performance objectives, provided governance leadership while enhancing employee efficiency by bringing together ideas, resources and technology.
I believe in creating value for stakeholders and shareholders by focusing on resilience, governance, risk control, and growth in the long term. I have helped define key strategies and visions, and provided career guidance to thousands of young professionals. Adept in handling complex situations in unfamiliar environments, adapting to challenges, and leading development of new initiatives. These include scaling up India’s technology capabilities by leading nation-building infrastructure projects, propelling set-up of CoEs (including in AIML), and improving corporate identity, brand and credibility. Activities as a tech expert, writer, mentor, and panelist in international forums contribute significantly to my achievements as a people manager and innovator. My passion for yoga, marathons, cycling, photography, and happiness always competes well with professional aspirations!
